Worship
Service Times: Sundays at 11 a.m.
Jesus tells us that God’s greatest commandment is to love God with all of our heart, soul, and mind. The second is to live out God’s love and reach beyond ourselves to love our neighbor. God invites us to a lifelong journey to know God ever better. At Sunday worship, we praise God and celebrate the possibilities of our common life in Christ. We offer prayers for ourselves and the world, and hear and ponder the Bible stories that tell how God has been acting in our lives and how we are being challenged to live a Christlike life in the world. When we gather in God’s name, we share a meal of thanksgiving for God’s gifts. The meal of thanksgiving, or Eucharist, nourishes and strengthens us to go into the world and joyfully live out God’s love.
